Those who need to hone these priceless skills are the least likely to have an opportunity to do that.

The cycle of economic inequality continues and grows in our communities.

THAT’S THE BIG PROJECT’S MISSION:
The Big Project offers two innovative and ethical online curriculums that empower workers with limited skills and limited opportunities to prosper.
One curriculum teaches the essential financial skills missing from virtually all other financial literacy resources: the skills of healthy skepticism and caution when making decisions that impact a worker’s money and well-being.
Our second curriculum teaches leadership based on character, competence and caring.
Our curriculums are designed to be implemented by educators and businesses. Both curriculums can be up and running in a classroom or even a country in a matter of weeks.
OUR ONLINE CURRICULUMS ARE DESIGNED TO BE CUSTOMIZED RAPIDLY.
Because the Big Project teaches concepts more than simple technical skills, our curriculums work in any culture or language.

WHO DEVELOPED THE SERVICE LEADERSHIP CURRICULUM?
The SLE curriculum is based on the life-long experiences of Po Chung, Co-Founder of DHL International. For 25 years, SLE’s ethically driven resources have been taught in seminars worldwide.
The SLE curriculum includes over 20 hours of web-driven, peer-to-peer and interactive learning and over 20 hours of supplemental learning and exercises.
The SLE Speaker’s Bureau also offers dynamic-in-person
and remote training for entry-level managers.

The Service Leadership Excellence curriculum: teaching leadership based on ethics and excellence.
The SLE curriculum presents the qualities of character, competence and care as the core of leadership and personal growth in every business environment today. It tackles missing skills that prevent workers from moving up the leadership ladder, regardless of their job or skill level.
OUR INITIAL TARGET AUDIENCE:
Young people 16-21.
Our resources are developed for effortless use in a school or an entire school system, and in businesses with entry-level workers.

THE FOOLPROOF FOUNDATION'S CURRICULUM:
We live in a world increasingly hostile to an unsuspecting person’s wallet. The underserved are the most impacted by this problem.
The FoolProof Foundation uniquely addresses the impact of poor money decisions on a person’s entire life.
We teach the power of healthy skepticism and caution when making decisions that impact that person’s money or well-being.
The teaching of healthy skepticism and caution are missing from virtually all other financial literacy resources.
